Company started its first activity by bidding for government tenders on 1997. Thereafter expanded activities to cover all Yemen Territory.
In the year 1997, the company acquired an Exclusive Agency of Wolfs Laboratories of Belgium.
We have more than seven years of marketing experience in fields of Medicine & Pharmaceuticals.
The company enjoys excellent and effective relationships with its numerous clients at both governmental and the private sectors.
In the year 1998, according to statistical reports by ...the Supreme Board of Drugs and Pharmaceuticals of Yemen M.O.H the company was listed as No. (44) among top (128) competitive pharmaceutical companies in the Yemeni market, No.38 in the year 1999 and No.35 in the year 2000.
In the year 2000 Wolfs Laboratoria, which is represented by our company was listed officially as No. (44) with 8 items only- among (239) of top competing suppliers as per report of the Supreme Board of Drugs and Pharmaceuticals of Yemen M.O.H
Main activities of the Company: Importation, distribution and marketing of pharmaceutical & Medical Appliances in addition to bidding for Government and non-Government drug tenders.
In the year 2004 the company acquired an exclusive agency of a Middle East company and since the company was scoring high sales.
The company has a wide marketing network of sales office (branches) and local agents covering the entire Yemen Territory including its main office at the capital Sana,a.
Company main aim is to keep continuous search for medications and the best pharmaceutical products in terms of quality and reasonable price.
The company has a research and studies department. Before registration process for any product; the department makes feasibility studies for the possibility of marketing the product successfully.
Implementing good standards of quality and service, the company was able to maintain market leadership among many other competent companies.
Activity
1-Promotional Activities.
The promotional and scientific personnel in conjunction with Companys sales force perform this function by visiting hospitals, private clinics, physicians, government institutions and private sector customers.
2-Advertising and Sales Promotional Activities.
The company, in association with the principal companies it represents, coordinates with them in advertising and in scientific magazines.
The Yemeni rules and regulation prohibit the advertising of pharmaceuticals or medicines in non-medical media or on television.
3-Sales Activities
The Companys sales representatives are responsible for all sales in the private sector. They make regular visits to private hospitals, pharmacies, and supermarkets to facilitate the collection of customer orders. Sales outside of the private sector are dealt with separately.
4- Government Sales
Government sales are divided into two areas: the marketing Department and the Tender Department.
5. Tenders
The Companys Tender Department is responsible for the preparation of all tender-related documentation under the personal supervision of the Managing Director.

A network of branch offices and local agents supports the Company's distribution operations.

Hoddiedah branch covers the city of Hoddiedah, Harrad (near Saudi Arabia), Bajel and Bait Alfqeeh. There are seven employed at the branch.
Taiz Branch:
